Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, we are happy to provide full refund when we receive your returned shipment.   

Please note the following:

a) You are responsible for the shipment of the return. 

b) We reserve the right to reject any returns and deny the refund if you have "substantially" used the product (more than 2 out of 10 sachets in a given box pack).

c) Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

d) Returns received 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Follow the return process outlined below:

  1. Make sure to return the item(s) in its new (fully sealed / unopened sachets) condition within 30 days of delivery. Put all the unopened sachets back into the original box
  2. Print the original order confirmation page. Mark the items you are returning and return the page along with your return shipment.
  3. Ship back to the following address: Arbuda Tea LLC, Attn: Returns Department, 6210 Calle Bonita, San Jose, CA 95120
  4. Allow 15 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
